Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role based in Phoenix, AZ. We also have opportunities in Tucson AZ. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life. Daily responsibilities include conducting assessments, delivering manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, educating patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs, and documenting clinical progress in accordance with professional and regulatory standards. The role also involves close collaboration with other healthcare professionals, participation in team meetings, and contributing to a positive, patient-centered clinic culture.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Physical Therapy, with the ability to apply clinical knowledge to diverse patient conditions.
- Proficiency in Rehabilitation and Patient Care, including designing and adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations.
- Experience or familiarity with outpatient orthopedics ans working with support staff
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Physical Therapist in Arizona.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for documentation, scheduling, and follow-up.
