Role Description The Outpatient Physical Therapist will provide evidence-based, hands-on care to patients in an outpatient clinic setting in Franklin, TN. This full-time, on-site role includes evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions to improve function, mobility, and quality of life. Daily responsibilities include documenting clinical findings, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with referring providers and clinic staff to ensure coordinated care. The therapist will educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and self-management strategies. Additional responsibilities may include contributing to clinic quality improvement initiatives, participating in case conferences, and supporting a positive, patient-focused environment.

Qualifications
- Clinical expertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Strong Patient Care skills, including assessment, therapeutic intervention, and patient education tailored to diverse populations.
- Foundational knowledge of Medicine as it relates to musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions treated in an outpatient setting.
- Ability to develop and guide safe and effective Home Care and home exercise programs to support ongoing recovery.
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist in Tennessee.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills, with a commitment to ethical and evidence-based practice.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and manage a varied outpatient caseload.
- Previous outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation experience is preferred but not required.
