PhotoMules is a youth sports photography company based in Austin, TX. Our team travels nationwide to provide the highest quality team photos and posters to our customers at every level of youth sports. We are passionate about sports photography and leaving customers with lasting memories that are available instantly via our on-site printing and framing services, allowing parents to take home these memories from their tournament.

Duties and Responsibilities
The Team Members will be responsible for duties including but not limited to sales, customer service, photography, and event setup/takedown. All team members will receive training in respective areas of the business. Other duties may be assigned as determined by event Team Leader, District Manager, and other Photomules Leadership.
Specific duties will include:
· Product knowledge in order to sell prints on-site and answer customer questions
· Receive payments via the Square app and assist customers with orders
· Provide a high level of customer service
· Photography and sales of team photos
· Completing assigned company training
· Providing post event feedback to leadership
Skills and Requirements
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales position
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Ability to take initiative and apply critical thinking to daily tasks
· Ability to work outside in hot/humid weather and be on your feet for a long period of time two or three days in a row
