Pay Structure (Commission-Based)
This position offers a base hourly pay plus commission, giving you the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings based on performance.
Commission includes:
- Repairs: Earn a percentage of profit on each completed repair (based on skill level and experience)
- Accessory Sales: Earn commission on items such as cases, screen protectors, chargers, and more
- Upselling Bonuses: Additional bonuses for attaching accessories or add-ons to repairs
Performance Bonuses:
- Daily sales targets unlock extra bonuses
- High performers have the opportunity to earn more consistently
Important:
- All sales and repairs must be properly recorded to qualify for commission
- Commission is based on productivity, accuracy, and customer service quality
This role is ideal for motivated individuals who want to earn more by working efficiently, upselling products, and delivering great service.
Estimated Earnings:
- Base Pay: $14–$16/hour (depending on experience)
- Commission: Additional daily earnings based on performance
- Top performers can earn significantly above base pay
Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
