This Role Includes But Is Not Limited To
- Coordinate the daily clinical operations of the Endoscopy Unit, provide strong clinical leadership, guidance, and support to nursing and clinical staff, coordinate staffing, patient flow, room assignments, and daily workflow.
- Serve as a clinical resource and role model for the team, and help create a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment.
- The candidate must be able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced procedural environment and have flexibility and willingness to participate in required on-call coverage.

Qualifications
Education Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Minimum 2 years of Endoscopy Experience, Required
- Charge RN or Clinical Coordinator Experience, Required
- PA Registered Nurse License
- BLS
- ACLS
