Who Will Be Successful Here
We are looking for someone who understands that patients may be calling us when they are sick, worried, frustrated, or unsure of what happens next. The right person can handle those interactions with patience and professionalism while still keeping the front office organized and moving.
You should be comfortable answering busy phone lines, learning new systems, solving routine problems independently, and shifting between patient service and administrative responsibilities throughout the day.
Experience in a surgical or specialty medical practice is helpful, but we are willing to consider candidates with strong customer-service and administrative skills who are eager to learn the medical side of the position. Attitude, reliability, and how you treat patients matter to us.
