This role is responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment with client requirements, technical standards, timelines, and budget constraints, while acting as a key interface between internal teams and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in energy systems—including photovoltaic solutions, battery storage systems, generators, and hybrid power solutions—with proven hands-on project management capabilities, client-facing experience, and the ability to perform effectively in high-pressure environments.

 FUNCTIONS:

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery

  • Act as the primary interface between clients and internal technical teams
  • Ensure compliance with technical standards for energy solutions (PV, battery systems, generators)
  • Support design validation and technical review of energy solutions
  • Prepare and present project status reports, KPIs, and executive summaries
  • Identify and proactively resolve project risks and issues
  • Manage change requests, ensuring alignment on scope, budget, and timeline impacts
  • Drive client engagement, satisfaction, and acceptance of deliverables
  • Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities with existing clients
  • Coordinate field teams and contractors
  • Participate in post-project evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives

Position will work in a combination of field and office environments. Standing, sitting, driving and walking required daily. Job will involve minimal travel.

QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Proven experience in project management within telecom, energy, or infrastructure sectors
    • Strong knowledge of energy solutions (solar/PV, battery backup systems, hybrid systems)
    • Experience in telecom deployments (site acquisition, construction, rollout) is highly desirable
    • SEC certification (Chile) is a strong plus
    • Advanced or intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including data analysis and pivot tables)
    • Experience managing external clients and stakeholders
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in high-pressure environments
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Proactive, results-driven, and ownership mindset

      SOFT SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
      • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
      • Ability to work in agile, fast-moving environments
