The Field Operations Support Assistant plays a critical role in supporting Phoenix Storm Restoration’s field operations. This position assists with inspections, documentation, material coordination, installation oversight, and quality control while maintaining clear communication with homeowners and crews. This role requires professionalism, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced field environment.
No prior roofing experience is required—training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Assist with roof and property inspections, identifying hail and wind damage
- Thoroughly document findings through photos, notes, and inspection reports
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners regarding inspections and site activity
- Support and oversee roofing installations to ensure safety and quality standards are met
- Assist with quality control and final walkthroughs with homeowners
- Pick up, deliver, and return roofing materials as needed
- Maintain organized records of inspections, materials, and job site activity
- Follow and enforce safety protocols during inspections and installations
- Perform additional field support tasks as needed
