THE OPPORTUNITY
Str8Forward Roofing & Construction is hiring driven, coachable individuals ready to build a career in roofing sales and door-to-door (D2D). No experience required.
TRAINING & COACHING
Train 6 days/week with:
- Two internal top producers ($2.5M each)
- Dedicated D2D Internal Coach ($2.5M producer)
- Company Owner — $2.5M producer specializing in B2B & referral development
Hands-on field training. Daily coaching. Real accountability.
INCOME POTENTIAL
- Average: $80,000–$120,000/year
- Top Performers: $150,000–$250,000 No income cap.
REQUIREMENTS
- Willing to do door-to-door (D2D)
- Strong work ethic & coachable mindset
- Comfortable talking with homeowners
- Reliable transportation
