What You’ll Do (A Night in the Life)

• Begin with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) checks to maximize machine uptime and OEE
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems with speed and precision
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and blueprints to plan repairs and preventative work
• Program, adjust, and troubleshoot automation—robots, controls, and PLCs—keeping production stable
• Install and commission new machinery; partner on continuous machine improvements
• Use hand/power tools, meters, and material handling equipment safely and effectively
• Follow OSHA and internal safety standards every step of the way
• Tackle additional tasks assigned by your supervisor as needs evolve

What You Bring

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Background in industrial maintenance, a related technical field, or technical schooling
• Strength in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting; automation experience is a big plus
• Comfort with standard preventive maintenance routines
• Hands-on skill with hand tools, power tools, shop equipment, and appropriate PPE
• Metalworking know-how: cutting, welding, drilling, and tapping
• Working knowledge of PLCs and relay logic; hydraulic and pneumatic systems; electrical distribution and LOTO
• Experience with air compressor maintenance is helpful
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb, and lift/move up to 50 lbs
