Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support custom Salesforce platform functionality
- Configure and extend Salesforce objects, automation, and workflows
- Support integrations between Salesforce and external systems
- Collaborate with technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve defects across existing Salesforce implementations
- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge transfer within the team
- Work within an agile or sprint-based delivery environment
- 3 years of Salesforce platform development experience
- Experience building custom solutions within Salesforce
- Experience supporting integrations between Salesforce and external systems
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and configuration capabilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote team environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce environments
- Experience working in contract or project-based delivery teams
- Salesforce Platform Developer certification (or similar)
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related Salesforce products
