The Quality Assurance Analyst partners with development and product teams to execute structured testing, identify issues, and uphold quality standards throughout the software lifecycle.
Your role
- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scenarios based on business and technical requirements.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, and system testing across enterprise applications.
- Document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution while providing clear, reproducible steps.
- Validate defect fixes and perform follow-up regression testing to confirm stability.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure release readiness and adequate test coverage.
- Apply structured testing methodologies including black-box, white-box, smoke, and user acceptance testing.
- 4 years of experience testing enterprise-level software applications.
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman or other REST clients.
- Working knowledge of SQL and data validation techniques.
- Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or comparable issue tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently while applying strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery environments, including Scrum ceremonies and processes.
