Title: IT Project Manager - Gaming Technology & Cybersecurity

Location: Las Vegas, NV - Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)

Salary: $110,000 – $125,000

We are seeking a technically strong IT Project Manager to lead a variety of technology initiatives within a large-scale gaming and hospitality environment. This role will manage IT projects from planning through implementation, coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. The ideal candidate brings broad experience across different types of IT projects and understands how cybersecurity considerations influence project design and execution. This person will work closely with infrastructure, security, and operations teams to ensure technology initiatives align with enterprise security standards and operational goals.

Your Role

• Lead IT projects across multiple technology domains including infrastructure, networking, enterprise systems, and security technologies used in gaming and hospitality environments.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity teams to evaluate security considerations and risks associated with new IT initiatives.
• Ensure cybersecurity requirements are incorporated into project planning, including areas such as device security, application trust, access controls, and infrastructure protection.
• Partner with internal IT teams, security teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to drive projects forward.
• Track project milestones and proactively manage risks, scope changes, and resource needs.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including progress, risks, budget impacts, and timeline adjustments.
• Lead project kickoff meetings and ensure clear roles, expectations, and deliverables are defined.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks while maintaining documentation of issues and resolutions.
• Facilitate project reviews, lessons learned, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  
  

What You’ve Got

• 5 years of IT project management experience within enterprise technology environments.
• Experience managing a variety of IT initiatives including infrastructure, networking, enterprise platforms, or security-related projects.
• Experience working in gaming, casino, or hospitality technology environments is required.
• Understanding of how cybersecurity impacts IT projects, including evaluating risks and incorporating security considerations into implementations.
• Experience partnering with cybersecurity teams on initiatives such as device lockdown, application trust, system hardening, or security compliance.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating internal teams and external vendors to deliver complex IT initiatives.
• PMP certification or similar project management credential preferred.
• Ability to travel to casino properties as needed.
• Must meet all applicable licensing and certification requirements.
