You'll manage and support IT initiatives across infrastructure, SaaS, and licensed software platforms-driving progress while ensuring compliance with agency processes. Your role:
- Lead or support IT projects spanning infrastructure, SaaS implementations, and pre-built licensed software (no custom development).
- Coordinate project activities-scheduling meetings, tracking deliverables, and documenting decisions and action items.
- Generate reports and monitor project progress, proactively identifying risks or delays.
- Facilitate communication between vendors, project managers, and internal teams.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure alignment with project timelines and government procurement processes.
- Maintain organized project documentation and ensure compliance with agency policies and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery processes across the team.
What you've got:
- Experience managing or supporting IT projects, ideally within a government agency or similarly structured organization.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, SaaS, and licensed software systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with a professional approach to challenging situations.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.
