We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate/Order Picker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment while maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Monday-Friday 7am-5pm with additional overtime on Saturdays
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts and assisting with stock replenishment.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse by following established safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory or equipment to management promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times.
