We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! The ideal candidate will be a dedicated professional who will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Retail experience is highly preferred!
Shift and pay:
- $20-24/hr (BOE)
- 8am-4:30pm, Mon-Fri
- Temp-perm, with potential to be promoted
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Schedule repair appointments according to established procedures and availability
- Update customer records and ensure accurate documentation of all interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with technicians and other team members to prioritize service calls andoptimize scheduling efficiency
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a technical aptitude for understand appliance functionally
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently in fast paced environment
- Experience with scheduling software and customer relationship management (CRM) tool is preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service or technical support is a plus
- Strong skills in Microsoft office preferred
