Open Positions & Pay:
2nd Shift Baler Operator
- Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Pay: $18.50/hour
1st Shift Pallet Repair Technician
- Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Pay: $19.00/hour
Key Responsibilities:
Machine Operator:
- Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery
- Ensure product quality and production standards
- Perform basic troubleshooting and report issues
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
Baler Operator:
- Operate and monitor industrial baling equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs
- Load materials using forklift, skid steer, or similar equipment
- Inspect finished bales for quality standards
- Complete daily production reports
Pallet Repair Technician:
- Repair, wash, and prepare pallets for shipment
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting
- Record daily production data
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, a minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience, a strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn, and the ability to work overtime as needed
