Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple branch managers to ensure efficient and effective operations across all locations within the district.
- Collaborate with branch managers to set, monitor, and achieve performance targets and operational goals.
- Drive operational excellence by reviewing and improving processes, implementing industry best practices, and maintaining high safety and quality standards.
- Optimize resource allocation including manpower, equipment, and materials to maximize productivity and control costs.
- Develop and manage district budgets to ensure financial targets are met or exceeded while maintaining profitability.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, promptly addressing concerns and identifying opportunities to expand services.
- Recruit, train, and mentor branch managers and field teams, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and teamwork.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including safety, environmental, and licensing requirements.
- Prepare and present regular reports on district performance, including key performance indicators, financial data, and operational metrics, to executive leadership.
