Lead Foreman

Project Foreman/ Lead Foreman Position

Phoenix Fire Protection specializes in designing, fabricating, installing, and servicing life safety systems. This position focuses on installing residential and commercial systems (both new and existing), teaching other teammates, and providing strong leadership skills. Requirements:

· Sprinkler Fitter License (or work as a fire sprinkler fitter for 1,000 hours per year for three consecutive years).

· Knowledgeable and familiar with NFPA 13, 13D, 13R

· Strong project management skills

· Technologically proficient with (not limited to) Gmail, Google Calendar, and Dropbox

Foreman Responsibilities

· Know your crew’s schedule and resolve any conflicting dates directly with project superintendents

· Establish a rapport with our contractors.

· Build professional friendships with site-supers and other sub-contractors.

Lead Foreman Responsibilities

· Oversee and schedule other crews (2-3).

· Lead, teach, and hold the foreman accountable.

· Know the project’s schedule for your crew(s) and maintain the schedule.

· Provide accurate and consistent weekly status reports to your superintendent.
