Job description
Office Team Member / Receptionist Job requirements :
- Work with customers, on the telephone and / or in person.
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Manage both digital scanning and hard copy filing systems.
- General office duties vary as needed.
- Use of general office equipment
Office Staff Skills and Qualifications :
- Good Telephone Etiquette & Verbal Communication.
- Bilingual.
- Scheduling experience preferred but not required.
- Work with customers, on the telephone and / or in person.
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Data Entry : Job cost receipts, Entering bills, Invoices.
