Responsibilities- Direct daily production activities to ensure all output, quality, and delivery targets are consistently met.
- Optimize labor allocation and machine utilization to maximize throughput and minimize downtime.
- Interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings to guide the setup and operation of CNC milling machines.
- Mentor and coach production staff to enhance technical skills, performance, and professional development.
- Maintain rigorous quality control standards, ensuring all manufactured components meet precise engineering specifications.
- Champion a safety-first culture by enforcing OSHA compliance and proactively identifying workplace hazards.
- Analyze production metrics and maintain accurate shift logs to support data-driven decision-making and cross-departmental collaboration.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership or supervisory capacity.
- Proven technical proficiency with CNC machining and milling equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret detailed technical schematics and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical and process-related issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience utilizing ERP software for production tracking.
Preferred Skills
- Associate degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent vocational training.
