Position Summary
Posting Note: Join our team as a Pediatric Nursing Residency Program Instructor and play a critical role in shaping the next generation of pediatric nurses. In this role, you will support new graduate nurses as they transition into pediatric practice, providing hands-on guidance and fostering clinical confidence across units. You will help design and deliver engaging, evidence-based content for both the RN Residency and Preceptor Programs, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and clinical excellence standards.
