Travel LPN / LVN-2nd shift

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care (LTC)

Location: Utica, NY
Contract Length: 13 Weeks (High Possibility of Extension)
Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 Hours/Week Every Other Weekend Required
Shift:- 2:30pm-10:30pm
8 hour per day shift

Local Pay is Different

Travel Pay Package:-

• Gross Weekly Pay: $1776/week
• Taxable Weekly Pay: $600/week
• Non-Taxable Housing & Meals Stipend: $1,176/week
• Estimated Hourly Rate: $47.36/hr

Requirements:

• Active NY LPN License
• BLS Certification
• Minimum 1 Year of LPN Experience
• Must be willing to float to all units within the facility

Facility Information:

• 40-Bed Long-Term Care Facility
• Patient Population: MS, Orthopedic, Dementia & Memory Care
• EMR: PointClickCare

Pay: $40.00 - $47.00 per hour
