Job Duties:
- Assist the Innkeeper with all inn operations, including front desk, housekeeping, laundry and breakfast
- Provide excellent guest services and maintain positive guest relations
- Assist with various customer service tasks to ensure guest satisfaction
- Provide guests with recommendations during their stay
Skills:
- *Experience in housekeeping is required* - training is provided in all areas
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences
- Knowledge of inn/hotel operations
- Ability to work well alone at times and also in a small team environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
