We are looking to hire two waitstaff to join our team. This role is an hourly paid position plus tips (hourly rate $11.50 plus tips). Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, ensuring efficient processing and timely delivery
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and food safety in compliance with health regulations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred
- Strong knowledge of POS systems
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle guest inquiries professionally
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
- Experience with serving enhances your candidacy
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
