Key Responsibilities
· Provide administrative and operational support for programming activities and events
· Coordinate schedules, meetings, calendars, and communications
· Maintain program records, databases, reports, and documentation
· Assist with preparing presentations, correspondence, and program materials
· Support participant onboarding, registration, and follow-up communications
· Track deadlines, deliverables, and program milestones
· Respond to inquiries from clients, participants, or community partners
· Help organize workshops, trainings, meetings, and special events
· Collaborate with internal teams to improve program processes and efficiency
· Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
· Associate’s with two years’ experience or High school Diploma with three to five years’ experience preferred.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
· Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred Skills
· Experience with project management
· Event coordination experience
· Customer service or community engagement background
· Data entry and reporting experience
Work Environment
· Occasional evening or weekend events may be required
