Enrollment Team Member

We’re expanding our Moorestown office and looking for a motivated Enrollment Team Member to join our growing team. This Enrollment Team Member role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, learning new skills, and gaining hands-on experience in customer interaction and sales.

Daily responsibilities of an Enrollment Team Member include:

• Engage directly with customers to create a positive customer experience
• Educate customers on products and services through interactive presentations
• Support promotional campaigns while representing clients professionally
• Assist with sales transactions and ensure accuracy and transparency
• Collect customer feedback to improve future campaigns and overall customer experience
• Collaborate with Enrollment Team Member team members to meet performance goals and sales targets
• Maintain organized records related to customers and sales activity

Ideal Enrollment Team Member candidates have:

• Under 5 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with people
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn sales and customer engagement skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including some evenings or weekends
• Reliable transportation to our Moorestown office
