The Business Customer Representative becomes the face that helps customers cut through the confusion and find mobile solutions that truly serve them, from dependable smartphones to data packages that keep them connected without stretching their budget.
As a Business Customer Representative, you will bring Verizon’s mobile solutions: smartphones, rate plans, and data packages, directly to our customers in person. The Business Customer Representative’s days will be spent connecting with customers in Moorestown, having genuine sales conversations about what they need from their mobile experience, and showing them how Verizon can deliver it.
Role Responsibilities of the Business Customer Representative
- Engage with our customers in person to identify their mobile needs and recommend Verizon’s devices, flexible rate plans, and data packages.
- Articulate Verizon’s service advantages and exclusive features personally in an approachable way, making complex options easy to understand.
- Assist customers with device setup, activation, and troubleshooting in person, ensuring they experience Verizon’s network excellence firsthand.
- Promote Verizon’s current promotions, new device releases, and flexible data plans to boost customer engagement and sales.
- Offer personalized sales advice based on customer lifestyles, highlighting Verizon’s reliable coverage and innovative data solutions.
- Help customers compare different rate plans and data packages, emphasizing how Verizon’s solutions can maximize their value.
