Daily responsibilities of an Enrollment Team Member include:
- Engage directly with customers to create a positive customer experience
- Educate customers on products and services through interactive presentations
- Support promotional campaigns while representing clients professionally
- Assist with sales transactions and ensure accuracy and transparency
- Collect customer feedback to improve future campaigns and overall customer experience
- Collaborate with Enrollment Team Member team members to meet performance goals and sales targets
- Maintain organized records related to customers and sales activity
Ideal Enrollment Team Member candidates:
- 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in America required
- Under 5 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with people
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn sales and customer engagement skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including some evenings or weekends
- Reliable transportation to our Moorestown office
