What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Clerk position at Phillips, Inc.?
* This position will be a maximum of 45 hours per week.
Summary:
Provides administrative support for Field Operations and implementing systems, procedures, and policies as directed by the corporate office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Accounts Payable responsibilities involve issuing field purchase orders, collecting and matching delivery tickets, obtaining proper approvals, and adhering to monthly closing deadlines
· Payroll responsibilities involve collection of timecards, appropriate approvals, and adhering to payroll processing deadlines
· Credit Card responsibilities include collecting receipts, ensuring proper coding on receipts, and adhering to monthly closing deadlines
· Human Resource responsibilities involve assisting new employees with employment package completion, verifying documents and completeness of package, and adhering to deadlines of submitting information to payroll and human resources for processing
· General office duties as directed by project management
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Requirements:
Organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, construction field experience, average experience in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills, and be comfortable with implementing new policies and procedures.
Education and Experience:
· High school diploma preferred
