What You’ll Do:
As the Admissions Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the admissions process and serving as a central point of contact for families, school systems, and internal teams. Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating school program admissions and front office support
- Reviewing and processing referral packets
- Scheduling intake interviews and campus visits
- Partnering weekly with administration to review and communicate admissions decisions
- Building and maintaining relationships with Local Educational Agencies (LEAs), families, and attorneys
- Responding to inquiries via phone and email and guiding prospective families through the process
- Supporting data tracking and admissions-related projects
- Assisting with general office needs and special projects
- Performing other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma 3 years of administrative experience (required)
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Experience in a school or nonprofit setting (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (required)
- Strong communication skills with ability to interact confidently with families, school partners, and staff
