Are you ready to be the ultimate HR sidekick? As our HR Administrative Assistant, you'll be the backbone of our HR department, ensuring everything runs smoothly. From helping with hiring to conducting new employee orientations, you'll be the go-to person for all things HR. Get ready to dive into data, generate reports, and keep our day-to-day operations on track!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • HR Office Dynamo: Keep the HR office humming with efficient day-to-day operations.
  • File Master: Maintain employee files and the HR filing system like a pro.
  • Candidate Scout: Drive the sourcing of candidates to ensure a steady pipeline.
  • Project Assistant: Support managers with exciting HR projects.
  • Benefits Buddy: Assist with benefit administration as needed.
  • Data Whiz: Submit employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
  • Admin Extraordinaire: Provide administrative support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; and providing front-desk relief.
  • Quality Keeper: Maintain quality service by following organization standards.
  • Team Player: Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Confidentiality Guardian: Maintain confidentiality of all information.
  • Jack-of-All-Trades: Perform other duties as assigned, because you're always ready for a new challenge.

Position Requirements:

  • Education Enthusiast: High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
  • Experienced: Minimum of 2 years administrative experience (HR/Human Resources experience strongly preferred).
  • Detail-Oriented: Organized and detail-oriented, because every little thing matters.
  • Communication Champ: Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Tech Savvy: Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • ATS Familiar: Familiarity with applicant tracking database systems is a plus.
