What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Phillips Mushroom Farms?
Assist the sales team of our packing department by answering phone calls and transferring calls, writing up orders received via phone call, fax, and e-mail (legible handwriting is a must), printing labels and forms for daily use, making appointments and providing shipping information to customers and transportation carriers via phone, fax, and e-mail, order entry/billing.
Fast paced work environment, must be able to multi-task and learn new skills quickly
Monday-Friday 7am-4pm. Rotating one Saturday per month.
Pay based on experience.
