Phillips-Medisize, LLC is seeking an entry level Quality Inspector to support manufacturing production at our Magnesium Molding facility located in Eau Claire Wisconsin.
Third shift: 11:00pm-7:00am. Earn a 12% Shift Differential ON TOP of your base pay

This facility operates under International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and therefore, any person hired must demonstrate with verifiable documentation that he/she is either: (i) a U.S. Citizen; (ii) ac active Green Card Holder; pr (iii) a "Protected Person" as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324(b)(a)(3).

What You Will Do
- Perform inspections per control plans/inspection plans, document results, and make start-up decisions
- Operate precision measuring instruments in accordance with approved procedures
- Complete capability studies and gage R&R analysis
- Interpret visual and dimensional quality criteria to operators
- Participate in problem solving activities
- Provide assistance with the MRB process
- Work within a team environment to complete other quality related duties as assigned
- violations of established rules of stability and capability
- Participate in problem solving activities
- Quality experience in operations and/or inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to operate inspection instruments
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
- Experience working in an SAP or ERP system
- 6 months of quality experience
- Ability to read basic blueprints
