Home Health Care RN Case Manager

International Quality Homecare Corporation is seeking an RN to provide Homecare Nursing Services to clients in Winona, MN and surrounding area.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct nursing care and treatments following the client's care plan

. Provides services in a timely and reliable manner. Offers flexibility in working around client schedules where applicable.

• Demonstrates ability to assess client needs while educating clients and their families regarding pertinent health information.
• Functions as a patient advocate by prompting patients’ rights, privacy, and confidentiality.
• Follows all safety guidelines and universal precautions while performing nursing duties. Reports all accidents appropriately and promptly. Initiates appropriate preventive/rehabilitative procedures. Demonstrates International Quality Homecare’s values of faith, integrity, respect, professionalism, and teamwork. Displays a courteous, honest, and kind demeanor to ensure that the client is provided a sense of safety & security.
