Duties
- Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and recommend suitable gardening, landscaping, or outdoor products
- Assist customers with product selection.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for cash handling, transactions, and inventory management
- Stock shelves efficiently, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is attractive and well-maintained
- Provide knowledgeable advice on meat cuts and products.
- Maintain cleanliness of the store environment and outdoor areas to promote safety and appeal
- Support e-commerce operations by processing online orders and coordinating in-store pickup or delivery
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, retail math, and merchandising principles
- Excellent communication & customer service skills.
- Organizational skills to manage stock levels, organize displays, and keep the store tidy
