Responsibilities
- Source and recruit candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
- Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications
- Match candidates with open positions based on experience and skillset
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring process
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity
- Assist with onboarding and pre-employment processes as needed
- Meet weekly recruiting and placement goals
Qualifications
- Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Experience using Indeed or other recruiting platforms is a plus
