Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize quality control records, including inspection reports, certifications, logs, and test results.
- Enter and manage quality-related data in spreadsheets and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of reports, charts, presentations, and dashboards related to quality performance.
- Support internal and external audits by compiling and submitting required documentation.
- Schedule quality-related meetings, coordinate calendars, and assist with agenda preparation and note-taking.
- Monitor and help enforce document control processes for all project-specific quality documents.
- Review and track vendor and subcontractor documentation to verify compliance with project quality standards.
- Assist with the creation and revision of standard operating procedures, checklists, and work instructions.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with team members and stakeholders.
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments including safety, operations, and production.
- Familiarity with quality systems, audits, and compliance processes preferred.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate documentation across multiple projects.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or additional administrative training preferred.
- 2 years of experience in an administrative support role, ideally within construction, engineering, or a quality-driven environment.
- Previous experience supporting quality assurance/quality control programs is preferred.
