We are currently looking for a Property Office Manager for a housing community located in Hazen, AR.

Major duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Day to day operations of the property
Maintain stable occupancy
Collect rent timely
Meet corporate deadlines
Build strong resident relations, and provide excellent customer service
Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed
Provide and engage in dynamic leadership
Must have a proven track record for success
Must be able to be bonded.
Must live on site (Apartment provided)
