How you will contribute mightily to the Phillips mission:
- Deliver Mastery: Lead advanced and foundational Haas maintenance and repair courses for customers and HFO technicians seeking Haas Certification.

Essential Qualifications:
- 5 years related experience as a certified CNC maintenance technician.
- Deep expertise in all repair and maintenance procedures on multiple CNC machines.
- A friendly, personable, and patient approach with a genuine desire to teach a diverse group of adults.
- Preferred: Experience with LMS (Moodle, TalentLMS), Virtual Training (Zoom/Teams), and Multimedia Creation (Camtasia, Captivate).
