We are currently seeking a motivated, experienced team member to be a Cutlister who will validate jobs and prepare them for Production. The validation process will require the Cutlister to be have an engineering focus on our design software and Production capabilities to ensure the job can be completed. The next step is to import the design into our CNC software, after which jobs are considered ready for Production. Although we will teach you our specific software, this position requires familiarity with design processes/software and CNC script in general. Production is accomplished on site, with locally sourced materials & using the 32-millimeter system. Members of our factory Production team prepare & cut each job to exacting specifications and check it for accuracy and quality before it goes out to the client's home. We will be hiring the top candidates for this position. Duties and Responsibilities
- Engineering focused Design validation
- Prepare designs for Production. Export CNC script files for Production.
- Read/interpret Design blueprints
- Adhere to OSHA safety procedures & guidelines.
- Be on time.
- Communicate effectively and work as a team.
- Manage ordering tasks related to the design validation process.
- Experience working with a CNC script
- Ability to read/interpret blueprints
- Experience with Design software
- Forklift certified or ability to become qualified
