We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-fast enviroment.
Responsibilites include:
-Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a couteous and professional manager
-Schedule appointments and manager calendars
- Perform accurate data entry and process orders
- Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system
-Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Communicate effectively with customers, designers and internal departments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
