Duties
- Assist in the daily operations of the parts department.
- Support inventory management, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and maintaining proper inventory levels.
- Work closely with service technicians and advisors to ensure timely fulfillment of parts requests.
- Provide outstanding customer service to both retail and wholesale customers.
- Assist in supervising and training parts personnel.
- Monitor and maintain parts obsolescence and inventory accuracy.
- Ensure manufacturer policies and dealership procedures are followed.
- Help achieve departmental sales and profitability goals.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive parts experience required.
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of dealership management systems and manufacturer parts catalogs.
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
