Schedule: Monday – Friday in-office, 8:00 AM – 4:00 P.M.

Job Description

Phillips Brothers Real Estate is looking to bring on a Print and Mail Production Operator to help support our in-house direct mail operation. They will primarily be responsible for operating printing and mailing equipment, preparing mail pieces for shipment, and ensuring completed mail is delivered to the post office accurately and on schedule. Direct mail marketing is our highest performing marketing channel, so it is crucial that all pieces go out on time and with no mistakes.

Job Responsibilities

This Direct Mail segment of our business is growing very rapidly, and the Operator will be a key role within the organization. Some of their responsibilities will include:

• Operating and monitoring direct mail printing equipment, including printers, inserters, cutters, and tabbers.
• Preparing completed mail for shipment and post-office drop-off
• Helping maintain an organized and efficient mail production workspace
• Following established processes carefully to ensure quality and accuracy
• Monitoring materials and alerting the team when supplies need to be restocked
• Assisting with other direct mail or office support tasks as needed

Job Qualifications

The Print Operator should have extensive experience with print equipment. Experience with our specific machines is not explicitly required; however, the Operator should at minimum have experience with or know the operations of similar machines. The machines we use are:

• Konica Minolta Accurio Press C4080
• Aerocut Cutter
• Rena Envelope Printer
• Formax Envelope Inserters
