Job Description:
Phillip's Towing Service Company is actively seeking an experienced dispatcher to join our dynamic team. As a member of our dispatching unit, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing towing and recovery operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage incoming calls and dispatch towing services promptly.
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Maintain detailed records of service requests and dispatch activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Utilize dispatch software to track and monitor service operations.
- Handle emergency situations with calmness and professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a dispatcher, preferably in towing or emergency services (911).
- Must be able to multi-task and be organized.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in typing and computer usage.
- Must pass a drug test and background check.
- Dependable, reliable, and punctual.
