Job Requirements:
- Valid North Carolina Driver's License
- CDL A required (Without Manual Restriction)
- Must reside within 20 minutes off Fayetteville, NC 28301
- Clean driving record a must
- Must pass:
- Pre-employment DOT physical
- DOT drug screening
- FMCSA Clearinghouse check
- Willingness to work a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours calls
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a tow truck to transport vehicles
- Properly load, secure, and unload vehicles using tow equipment
- Deliver excellent customer service, even under pressure
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company procedures, and safety regulations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Comfortable driving manual transmission.
- Strong backing and maneuvering skills
- Basic mechanical knowledge and automotive diagnostic experience
- Experience with various vehicles and heavy equipment
- Prior towing experience is preferred - but we will train the right candidate if you hold a CDL!
- Excellent communication, time management, and self-discipline
