The Inside Sales Representative team member is responsible for high volume inbound and proactive outbound prospecting, lead/opportunity management, and order entry.

Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $67,253 to $74,253, annually. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.
Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Details about our benefits can be found here.

Inside Sales Representative
Job Description
The Inside Sales Representative team member is responsible for high volume inbound and proactive outbound prospecting, lead/opportunity management, and order entry.
Your Role
- Process Medical Consumable Supplies (MCS) orders via phone and email.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to order tracking, shipping info, and part availability.
- Process orders on the Integrated Client (SAP) system, ensuring proper configuration, sales quota management assignment, and appropriate order history as it pertains to the integrity of the order.
- Provide support and information cross functionally within the Market to Order (M2O) & Customer Fulfillment Center (CFC), as required/requested.
- You will work 7:30AM-4:00PM.
- You’ve acquired a minimum 1 year of experience in supporting Sales/E-Commerce teams or equivalent with a High School Diploma/Vocational education or no prior experience with Bachelor's Degree.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
- You’re a self-motivated, goal-oriented, flexible team player.
