Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Retail Store Manager located in Woodbury, NY. The Retail Store Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth functionality across all areas. Responsibilities include driving customer satisfaction, managing staff, achieving sales goals, overseeing loss prevention, and maintaining an exceptional customer service experience. Additionally, the Retail Store Manager will implement company standards, coach team members, and uphold the brand's reputation within the local market.

- Proven skills in Store Management, including team leadership and staff development
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to provide exceptional experiences
- Effective Communication skills for managing internal teams and engaging with diverse clientele
- Experience in Retail Loss Prevention and adherence to inventory control protocols
