Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate / Key Holder role based at our Westfield Topanga location in Los Angeles, CA. This position is ideal for a high-energy, results-driven individual who is passionate about luxury retail and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in acquiring and converting new clients while building and maintaining long-term relationships

• Deliver an elevated, luxury-level customer experience aligned with the PHILIPP PLEIN brand

• Execute opening and closing procedures as a key holder

• Support daily store operations including shipping & receiving, stock maintenance, and inventory management

• Process e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently

• Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation

• Support retail sales strategies and contribute to achieving sales goals

• Act as a leader on the floor by supporting and motivating team members

Qualifications

• Strong product knowledge and understanding of the PHILIPP PLEIN brand

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Proven retail sales ability with a focus on client experience and conversion

• Ability to manage multiple operational tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable, punctual, and highly productive with a strong work ethic

• Leadership experience or ability to coach and mentor team members is a plus

• Passion for luxury fashion and delivering exceptional service

• Prior retail experience, preferably in luxury or high-end fashion, is preferred

• Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Location: Westfield Topanga, Los Angeles, CA

• Schedule: Mall hours (11:00 AM – 8:00 PM)

• Compensation: Hourly commission
