In this strategic leadership role, you will lead the site's Health & Safety strategy, ensuring alignment with PMI standards and all applicable regulatory requirements. Salary Range: $88,000 - $110,000 annually

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and continuously improve Health & Safety management systems, policies, and programs aligned with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 standards.
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action programs to reduce health, safety, and environmental risks.
- Provide regulatory guidance and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other applicable requirements.
- Oversee Health & Safety training programs, mentor team members, and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Manage EHS performance reporting, analyze trends, present insights to leadership, and support data-driven decision making.
- Collaborate with engineering, facilities, and operations teams to integrate safety and compliance into equipment, infrastructure, and capital projects.
- Lead emergency preparedness, business continuity planning, contractor compliance, and sustainability initiatives focused on reducing waste, emissions, and energy consumption.
- Support budgeting and resource planning for safety improvements, technology investments, and compliance initiatives.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.
- 10 years of progressive Health, Safety, and Sustainability experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 standards.
- Deep understanding of OSHA, EPA, and other federal, state, and local regulations.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects, influence stakeholders, and manage complex initiatives.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHS management systems such as Enablon or Intelex.
- CSP, CIH, or similar professional certification preferred.
